"Early in our lives, dear Lord, may we learn to deny ourselves for you. May nothing which we value in earthly gifts and possessions keep us from following you day by day. Save your Church from the love of money by filling it with the love of God, that we may all know that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Amen."
