"Our Father, the Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we praise you for your constant presence with us. We thank you that you are with us not only as we confess you, but when we are alone in life's wilderness, and when we, like our Saviour, are severely tempted by the adversary. May we, in Christ, be worthy of your words of approval, 'In you I am well pleased.' Amen."
